Training and Schedule

Do to limited space and equipment at this time no large open groups are available.

One on One Training Rates

Sessions run approximately 1hr and include one on one instruction as well as set up and breakdown of equipment used in the workout. Your responsibility is to show up on time and work hard. We take care of the rest.

Rates are as follows:

Individual Session

$25 for up to two people.

A third person can be added on any session for $10. We require prior notice when bringing a 3rd person.

Packages

10 Sessions Paid In Full $225 Save $25

20 Sessions Paid In Full $450 Save $50

30 Sessions Paid In Full $675 Save $75

If you have a group of 4 or more please call for details.
